Ring road tender re-issued after two bidders withdraw

The tender for the eastern arc of the Guwahati ring road has been re-issued after two of the four shortlisted bidders pulled out, citing the size of the single package.

The revised notice splits the work into three packages of roughly equal length. Firms may bid for one or all three, but no firm can be awarded more than two.

Bids close on 3 September. The technical evaluation is scheduled for the following week, with the financial bids opened only after that.
