224 staff nurse posts: eligibility, fee and the documents to keep ready

The National Health Mission has advertised 224 staff nurse posts on contract, renewable annually.

Who can apply

GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution, with registration from the Assam Nurses’ Council. Age 21–40 as on 1 January 2026, with the usual relaxations.

Fee

₹250 for unreserved, ₹150 for SC/ST/OBC. Paid online only — no challan option this cycle.
